Write to [email protected]. That mailbox is for this website: factual corrections, privacy requests, and questions about a page. It is not Qloud Games support, and it cannot reset a game account.
I put the address in the footer of every page because a guide that cites prices should also say who to correct. If a launch discount ends or Steam posts a new Mac requirement, that email is how the page gets updated. For a missing demo reward or a login error, use loftia.gg and discord.gg/loftia instead. I cannot see your game account.
What to send
Email [email protected] with the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and the official link that contradicts it. Privacy requests (what the consent record stores, or asking us to describe it) use the same address. There is no account on this site to delete.
We do not publish a phone number or a postal address. The email above is the contact channel.
