How much does Loftia cost?
Loftia costs $29.99 USD. The launch discount of 17% brings the US price to $24.89. The Chinese FAQ lists ¥108, or ¥89.64 with that same launch discount. Steam’s price block was still empty on October 23, 2026 because the game had not opened for sale.
I opened the English FAQ and the Chinese FAQ on the same day, then the Steam appdetails API for app 2320980. The API returned price_overview as null and is_free as false. I am not going to print a live Steam price that the store has not posted yet. The numbers above are the ones the official FAQ pages actually write down.
What the purchase includes
Loftia is buy-to-play. The FAQ says you pay once for all gameplay. There is no subscription and no paid expansion. Updates during Early Access are part of that purchase.
The shop, described on the demo page as the Backer Boutique and Community Pass, sells cosmetic clothes, furniture, pet accessories, and visual effects. The team says there is no gacha and that the shop is not pay-to-win.
Published prices only
EUR, GBP, BRL, and JPY amounts are not on the FAQ. The English page only says regional pricing exists. I am leaving those currencies blank instead of inventing a conversion.
| Region | List | Launch discount |
|---|---|---|
| United States | $29.99 | $24.89 (17%) |
| China | ¥108 | ¥89.64 |
| Other regions | Not published | Store regional price, amount not listed |
Each store is a separate purchase
A Steam purchase does not entitle you to the Epic Games Store version, and the reverse is also true. The Switch edition, when it arrives in 2027, is a separate purchase too. The free demo does not include Early Access; you still buy the game.
This is not a pre-order page. The public path before launch is a Steam wishlist plus account registration on loftia.gg. Kickstarter backers in the tiers that included a key do not buy Early Access again; check your BackerKit mail rather than a store receipt.
