Loftia community
The official FAQ names Discord as the place to talk with the team and get support. The invite on loftia.gg is discord.gg/loftia. Reddit’s player community is r/loftia. The Chinese FAQ points players in China to a QQ group from the Chinese site footer, not to Discord.
I copied the links from the footer of loftia.gg instead of a repost. Member counts move every hour, so I am not printing one. r/loftia has a developer account among the moderators and is still a player-run forum. I would not call it a Qloud helpdesk. For a stuck Project Bot or a missing demo reward, the FAQ’s path is a Discord support post.

What not to join
A server that asks for your Steam password, a “code drop” bot, or a mobile installer is not the support channel. Registration and reward claims stay on loftia.gg. QQ group numbers should be read from the Chinese official page, not retyped here from memory.

Questions
Is Discord required to play?
No. It is the support and chat room the FAQ recommends. The game itself is the Steam or Epic client.
Where do Chinese players go?
The Chinese FAQ points to a QQ group on the Chinese site. Discord is not that channel.
Who moderates Reddit?
Players, with loftiadev present. It is not a ticket system.
