Loftia demo walkthrough

In the October 19–26, 2026 demo, Scrambled Coordinates are random drops from gathering nodes, not five fixed map pins. The Piggy Beanie (also searched as Piggie Hat) is the reward for Pebblethon: The Bounce Challenge. Gridfall and Hanging Gardens are Early Access areas. The demo ends before them.

I wanted a climb route for Gridfall’s tallest building and a pin for the Golden Ball, because those are the searches. loftiadex’s closed-beta recap describes Gridfall’s air rails, towers, museum, and tunnels, and a headcount of 24,648 for the April 22–May 6 test. It does not give a roof path. Golden Ball does not appear in the Codex, gaming.tools, the demo page, or patch notes I checked. I am leaving both as open questions instead of drawing a route.

Scrambled Coordinates

Ryder, the adventurer, gives this task. loftiadex’s demo notes say the items drop when you gather resource nodes. They are not a list of five coordinates you can mark once and finish. Patch #1 on October 21, 2026 raised the drop rate for that step. The patch note does not publish the new percentage.

The Daily Goodies Chest is a second track. It unlocks after you finish Ryder’s opening Adventure, and that unlock covers the Bloom and Scrambled Coordinates chest rewards. Node drops and the chest are not the same pickup.

Charging a battery

The portable battery powers crafting stations. You recharge it from solar panels. Patch #1 also made solar output stronger in rain and at night, so a weak panel at dusk is not automatically “broken” the way it was before that patch.

Battery level 2, listed via the Scrap Wire Codex page, costs 1 Battery, 10 Scrap Wire, and 2 Mushroom Leather at Project Station level 1. Scrap Wire itself is gathered around the Solar Farm in Loftia City: Old Microwave (1), Salvaging Crate (3–4), and Wire Pile (1–2).

Piggy Beanie, Gridfall, Golden Ball

The hat players call a Piggie Hat is the Piggy Beanie on gaming.tools. It is the reward for the quest Pebblethon: The Bounce Challenge. It is not a shop item and not a random world drop.

Hanging Gardens and Gridfall are named on the official demo page as Early Access content. Do not spend the demo window hunting a roof route that was not in the demo build. Golden Ball has no reliable item or quest entry in the sources above. If you saw the name inside an adventure minigame, it is not confirmed here.

Questions

Why can’t I find five coordinates?

Because the task is fed by gathering drops. Patch #1 increased how often that step drops. There is no official pin list.

How do I get the pig hat?

Finish Pebblethon: The Bounce Challenge. The item name in the database is Piggy Beanie.

Is Gridfall in the demo?

No. Gridfall was a closed-beta district and returns as Early Access content. The demo stops before Hanging Gardens.
