Loftia characters and the creator
Character customization is not gender locked. The official FAQ answers “Is character customization gender locked?” with “Nope!” A full public list of every slider is not published. The cast on the loftia.gg carousel is 15 NPCs, plus Pebble as a separate quest character.
Most of the search volume on this topic is the creator, not a wiki of faces, so I started with the FAQ sentence instead of a slider chart I cannot verify. Patch #1 mentions hover and click sounds on more customization buttons, which confirms the UI exists, and then stops. I copied the 15 roles off the official carousel descriptions rather than adding hobbies the site does not claim.
What you can change
The FAQ says customization is not gender locked. Beyond that, the FAQ does not itemize height, face, or hair controls. Treat any chart that labels ten sliders as a guess, not as a patch note. The registration hat and shirt are wearable rewards. The Demo Banner is a separate reward item, not a body or face customization category.
There is no romance system. The FAQ says friendship with NPCs is planned and not in yet. Nobody on this list is a dateable character.
The 15 NPCs
Roles and short notes below summarize the official character carousel. It does not publish exact map coordinates, daily schedules or dialogue choices, so these descriptions are not a location walkthrough. Portraits are from the same official carousel, © Qloud Games. Pebble is not one of the 15 cards.

Names that are not NPCs
Pebble gives quests, including the Pebblethon challenges, and is the community mascot people draw. The Codex lists six Pebble quests. Pebble is not the sixteenth carousel card.
Martina Qin and Michael Su are founders of Qloud Games, not villagers. “Sue Hong” lines up with a community team credit written as “Sue — Community” on the about page. The full name is not printed there, so I am not confirming a surname.

Is the creator gender locked?
No. That is the FAQ’s word: “Nope!”
Can I romance Milo or anyone else?
No romance system is in the game. NPC friendship is described as planned, not live.
Who gives Scrambled Coordinates?
Ryder. See the demo walkthrough for how the drops work.
