Loftia housing

The homepage sentence is the one I trust: your island, linked with other people. For the buttons, I am using loftiadex’s demo building notes and labeling them as that guide, not as a Qloud keyboard card. They list B for decorate mode, Tab for the furniture catalog, M to align to a grid, and Esc to cancel. Patch #2 on October 23, 2026 talks about outdoor decorate mode, indoor floors blocking furniture, and the default large tree not being placeable again after pickup. It does not say every placement bug is gone.

Decorating in the demo

House Showcase visits are part of the demo page. Patch notes mention a bug where viewing showcase results kicked you back to login. Read that as a known rough edge, not as a feature.

Rotation rules, collision, and the confirm button were not pinned down in the sources I used. If a click does nothing, check Patch #2’s note about floors blocking furniture before you assume the item is missing.

What is still unpublished

No lot size, no expansion price, no cap on neighborhood members. Estella is the furniture and decoration NPC on the official carousel. She is not a shop with a published catalog in the FAQ.
